Vacancy – Marketing Administrator

AMG Group Ltd, an exciting multi-branded company (Vango, Force Ten, Lichfield, Anatom, Rossignol, Teko, Trangia and Wayfayrer) and one of the UK’s most successful, within the Outdoor and Snowsport Industry, is seeking to appoint a  HIGH CALIBRE INDIVIDUAL to the following vacancy:

Based at our Head Office, Port Glasgow, and reporting to the Marketing Team Leader, we’re looking for an exceptional Administrator, capable of delivering a first-class service to Colleagues, Customers & Consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to the Marketing Team
  • Co-ordinate POS distribution
  • Co-ordinate price lists and sales support materials
  • Manage sales training tools and platforms to achieve maximum return
  • Coordinate and administer data & file management, including translations
  • Distribute monthly marketing communications
  • Ensure Showroom environments shine, portraying our Brand portfolios at their best
  • Be a contributing member of the Marketing Department, to the benefit of all stakeholders.


This opportunity will appeal to someone with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail, who is looking to get on the first rung of a career in Marketing.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience and hold a full, clean, driving licence.

Your personal attributes will include excellent communication & social skills, an enthusiastic and outgoing personality, in addition to possessing a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
